Job summary

Barratt Redrow in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Manager to help deliver high-quality developments on time and within budget. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate trades, manage resources and ensure health and safety compliance.

You will work across up to 400 developments nationwide, deputise when needed, support sales and build meetings, and strive for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time served tradesman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades and regulatory requirements (Health & Safety, NHBC, Building Regulations).
• Good knowledge of customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
