Overview

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Lead Setter Operator for this plastic's business based in Tamworth, you will be part of a growing team and a department that is undergoing millions of pounds of investment. The products are varied ranging from food packaging through to tote boxes and school chairs, the business is committed to sustainability and driving efficiencies.

Working a Suez pattern consisting of 5 on 5 off mix of days and nights you will get a great work life balance with one long weekend Friday, Saturday Sunday and one full weekend off every month. Working alongside the engineering team these roles are new roles to the business created to enhance the proactivity of the current team this will take the engineering team to 14.
