Job summary

National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services function, recruiting for a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps delivery across Infrastructure & Platforms. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and offers the chance to shape cloud compute roadmaps, governance artefacts and funding for strategic digital capability.

You will oversee a DevSecOps practice budget, manage a Senior Service Delivery Manager and a third-party supplier, and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
• Proven ability to lead DevSecOps delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Evidence of influencing team dynamics and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud compute services.
• Prepare governance artifacts and secure funding.
• Manage budgets for DevSecOps and managed services.
• Set roadmaps and strategic input across cloud initiatives.
• Line management of Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner.
