Job summary

Stafford Hall School is recruiting for a newly created Teacher in Charge – Explorers Pathway. This middle leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner to shape and develop a growing pathway, while continuing to deliver outstanding teaching and learning for our pupils.

You will work closely with senior leaders to lead the Explorers Pathway, driving high standards of education, supporting colleagues, and ensuring every pupil receives the personalised support

Qualifications

• Experience delivering education in SEND settings and SEMH.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop and mentor colleagues.
• Excellent communication, organisation and safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Explorers Pathway to raise standards and personalise learning.
• Work with senior leaders to shape the pathway and drive curriculum development.
• Support and develop teaching staff to ensure outstanding outcomes.
