Job summary

The Priory Primary School in Wednesbury is seeking an experienced teacher to lead and develop a dedicated SEND Hub. You will teach pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and related learning needs, planning high-quality, personalised lessons within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be a reflective practitioner.
• Experience with SEND, autism, or a commitment to develop in this area.
• Ability to adapt teaching and curriculum to meet complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching within the Hub and support staff.
• Plan and deliver inclusive, ambitious learning tailored to individual starting points.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Leader and the SEND team to develop provision.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews, planning and provision mapping.
• Assess pupil progress and use data to inform future teaching.
