Job summary

St Paul's Way Trust School in London seeks an outstanding Lead SEND Practitioner to lead interventions and support SEND students across Key Stages. This post is suitable for an experienced HLTA looking to develop leadership skills in SEND education.

You will lead an inspiring team of HLTAs and LSAs, and contribute to staff development while raising attainment for learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Suitable for an experienced HLTA seeking leadership in SEND.
• Experience planning and delivering interventions for Learning and Cognition, Physical and Sensory Needs, and Communication and Interaction.

Job description

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and creative Lead SEND Practitioner to work within our dynamic Additional Educational Needs faculty. The post would be suitable for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is seeking to develop their leadership skills and expertise in SEND education. Experience of planning and delivering interventions for Learning and Cognition needs, Physical and Sensory Needs and /or Communication and Interaction would be distinctly advantageous.

You will be part of a team leading on SEND provision across the secondary school, working under dynamic and supportive management to do so.
