Job summary

You will lead an inspiring team of HLTAs and LSAs, and contribute to staff development while raising attainment for learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Suitable for an experienced HLTA seeking leadership in SEND.
• Experience planning and delivering interventions for Learning and Cognition, Physical and Sensory Needs, and Communication and Interaction.
• Passionate about inclusive education and pathways to adulthood.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision across the secondary school.
• Manage an experienced team of HLTAs and LSAs.
• Support progress of SEND students across Key Stages.
• Collaborate with management to raise attainment and enhance provision.
