Job summary

Endeavour Primary Academy seeks an experienced teacher to lead the SEND Resource Base, expanding to a 24-place provision with ASD/SLCN focus. You will work closely with the SENDCo, families and external professionals to ensure high-quality teaching and inclusive support for every pupil.

The role includes leading teaching, developing curriculum and ensuring ambitious outcomes within a supportive leadership team and a refurbished specialist environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching pupils with complex SEND, including ASD and SLCN.
• Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils.
• Ability to lead a SEND Unit and collaborate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and curriculum across the SEND Resource Base.
• Work with the Academy SENDCo and external professionals to support pupils.
• Develop and expand the 24-place provision and cohesive learning environment.
