Working with senior leaders, you will lead the Explorers Pathway, raise standards, support colleagues and ensure personalised support so every pupil can reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience working in SEND settings.
• Understanding of SEMH needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
