Job summary

William Hill is seeking retail colleagues to welcome customers, process bets and assist with queries in our high-street shops. You will demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships, and deliver excellent service while championing safer gambling.

Shifts run 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends. Join evoke's growing brand with training, incentives, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
• Comfortable helping customers and handling queries in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face.
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Demonstrating how to use betting terminals for customers.
• Building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities.
