Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying Manager or Senior QS role.
• Demonstrable experience working on projects within large, multi-project frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, specifically Option A and Option C.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors across several framework projects.
• Provide commercial oversight and governance in line with NEC4 contract requirements.
