Job summary

A leading insurance firm in the UK seeks a skilled property portfolio analyst responsible for managing and modeling the property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in catastrophe modeling, excellent analytical skills, and experience in the insurance industry. Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of at least one catastrophe model, preferably Verisk/AIR.
• Strong understanding of insurance gained in a relevant industry role.
• Practical knowledge of property insurance policies.
• Ability to communicate complex catastrophe modelling concepts to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and model the property portfolio.
• Produce monthly reports and assist with internal/external reporting.
• Communicate with underwriters for Exposure Management services.
• Lead analyst for property across multiple sub-classes of business.
• Ensure good data governance within Arch portfolios.
