Lead Process Technologist

I am collaborating with a bespoke, premium manufacturer who is an expert in their category, to fill a Lead Process Technologist vacancy in their team.

If you are a hands-on, critical thinker with some food manufacturing Process experience (ideally, you need to be confident in managing factory trials), then this could be a great role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Turning kitchen concepts into scalable, factory-ready products.
  • Running factory trials, ensuring quality, consistency, and repeatability.
  • Owning the process from concept to launch—including documentation, trials, costings, and shelf-life assessments.
  • Collaborating with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver every product with precision.
  • Keeping up with trends, troubleshooting challenges, and constantly seeking improvements.
Qualifications
