A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to work on the Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance project. The role involves designing clean water systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include process calculations and maintaining documentation quality. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in relevant engineering fields, have experience in water treatment, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers hybrid working arrangements from the Peterborough office.
The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water's region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure.
The Lead Process Engineer will work in collaboration with the project design team to arrive at appropriate process solutions adopting the principles of optimised plant performance, use of standard designs and following @one engineering design standards.
The role will be Hybrid from Peterborough office and working from home.
