Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced nurse to provide essential care to service users experiencing crises. As part of the Ward Inpatient Team, you will ensure high standards of care and support to both patients and junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess an RMN/RLDN qualification and demonstrate a commitment to professional development. Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing mental health support and care.
  • Ability to assess patient needs and plan effective care.
  • Experience in leading and providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health support and care to service users in crisis.
  • Act as charge nurse for the unit and a key member of the team.
  • Liaise with colleagues and ensure clear communication about patient care.

Education

RMN/RLDN or Dip/BSc (Hons) in Mental Health/ Learning Disability Nursing ENB 998/Preceptorship and Mentorship
