• 5+ years experience in design lead/principal engineer role.
• Ability to visualize and engineer complex mechanical systems.
• Experience in identifying external mechanical expertise requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support design reviews and run small support projects.
• Mentor and train interns in engineering practices.
• Become an expert in CAD Software and manage infrastructure.
