Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small but growing high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Influence New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to manufacture.
• Apply APQP methodologies and lead PFMEA activities within a structured quality system.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and introduce new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality standards.

Your background

• Experience in a similar manufacturing engineering/production engineering/process engineering role.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and organising Engineers working in manufacturing engineering/production engineering focussed roles.
• Strong background in APQP, PFMEA, and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
