Job description

Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Lead Manager on a 3 temporary contract.

The start date is 01/12/2025. The hourly rate is £31.23 via an umbrella company.

It is essential for this position that you have a full UK Drivers License and access to a car.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and have experience working for charities.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Holding 1-to-1 performance meetings with members of your team
  • Working with the Area Manager on for achieving monitoring and contributing to the teams' targets and standards
  • Optimising the use of resources that are allocated to your service
  • Working closely with other agencies
Experience required:
  • Experience managing a team of Support Workers
  • Experience working for a charity
  • Experience working with people experiencing homelessness
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Ability to deal with people compassionately
  • Experience supporting vulnerable people or groups
  • Experience managing your own team
