Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director in Programme Management to lead complex capital programmes in the UK. You will drive governance, client delivery and multi-disciplinary team leadership for large-scale projects.

You will shape strategy, manage programme functions end-to-end, and deliver clear outcomes and benefits for clients through effective stakeholder engagement and governance. With strong experience (£100m-£300m+ programmes) and professional accreditation, you will uphold

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100-£300m+).
Ability to prioritise and optimise major programmes across lifecycles.
Strong project delivery background with progression into programme management.

Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Direction: take end-to-end ownership of shaping and communicating programme vision.
Assurance Framework: deliver robust management and control frameworks.
Commission Management and Business Development: lead commercial and contractual management and client partnerships.
Stakeholder Strategy & Engagement: create structured engagement and decision-making frameworks.
Financial Leadership: develop processes to manage financial aspects and governance.
Risk Strategy, Health & Safety Leadership: identify risks and champion safety and compliance.
People & Culture: lead teams, mentor talent, drive inclusion and One Business culture.
