Qualifications

• Proven experience in a building services or facilities maintenance environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• HV/LV Authorised Person certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and H&S regulations.
• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo, Concept).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems, including chillers, combustion, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring operational commitments and KPIs are consistently met.
• Act as the on-site HV/LV Authorised Person.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and safety practices.
• Conduct annual appraisals for shift technicians.
• Maintain the Computer-Based Maintenance System.
• Collaborate with Area Contract Manager to ensure high service levels.
• Plan and manage PPM schedules.
• Provide technical support to clients and engineers.
• Attend and oversee all callouts.
• Promote Health & Safety culture.
