Lead LS Consultant – LS Central & D365 Business Central

Up to £100,000 (UK) / €95,000 (EU) Remote (UK/EU-Based)

A Microsoft Partner is seeking a highly experienced Lead LS Consultant to deliver LS Central implementations across the UK and Europe. This is a remote‑first role with occasional paid travel to client sites, ideal for someone with a proven track record in end‑to‑end LS Retail/LS Central projects.

The Role

• Deliver full LS Central implementations across multiple clients
• Own the full project lifecycle:
  • Requirements gathering, stakeholder management
  • Gap analysis, functional design, system setup and configuration
  • UAT, go‑live support, and end‑user training
• Act as lead functional expert on all LS Retail modules
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external client stakeholders
• Support integration between LS Central and D365 Business Central

Experience Required

• 5 years’ hands‑on experience with LS Retail / LS Central
• Strong knowledge of LS modules including Replacements, Events, Bookings, Ticketing
• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle LS implementations
• Experience integrating LS Central with Dynamics NAV / D365 BC

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to tools like Tasklet, Continia, Power BI, Jet Reports
• Broader experience across D365 Business Central modules
• Familiarity with retail, hospitality, or omnichannel environments
