Were working with a high-performing technology business in Bournemouth thats scaling fast and investing heavily in its technical leadership layer. Theyre now looking for a Lead Technical Engineer someone who still loves being hands-on but also wants real influence over technology, standards, and direction.
This role sits right at the intersection of engineering and leadership. Youll be the technical escalation point, guiding other engineers, shaping infrastructure decisions, and leading complex cloud, infrastructure, and security work. No politics. No endless approvals. Just ownership, trust, and the freedom to build things properly.

Strong background in senior technical or 3rd Line roles
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
