Butlin's Skegness is hiring for Supervisor Plus to lead a guest-facing team in a brand-new role. You’ll be hands-on, coaching in the moment, solving problems, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable Butlin's experience.

Reporting to a Manager, you’ll drive standards across accommodation and your chosen specialism, train your team, own audits, and turn feedback into real improvements on every shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership that delivers results and coaching of a team.
• Experience in delivering training and driving standard through behaviour.
• Strong guest-facing experience and problem-solving on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to keep the team focused and in the right place.
• Coach the team to meet targets and deliver five-star guest experiences.
• Own audits and uphold accommodation standards across departments.
• Ensure guests find what they need and respond to feedback with action.
• Champion Butlin's values and leadership behaviours daily.
• Connect plans to team delivery with clear, consistent communication.
• Develop relationships across the resort and central support teams.
• Support team members' onboarding, development, and PDPs.
