Job summary

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking a Supervisor Plus for Splash and Accommodation. You will be the hands‑on operational lead, coaching the team to meet audits, deliver great guest experiences, and drive key targets such as upselling.

You will supervise pool operations, lead lifeguards, ensure safety compliance, manage daily briefs, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to maintain high standards across resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising pool or leisure facilities.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Knowledge of health and safety in pool environments.
