Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events is seeking a proactive Supervisor Plus to lead operations across Splash and accommodation areas in Skegness. You will coach a multi-skilled team, ensure daily plans are executed on time and drive guest satisfaction through upselling and service standards.

You will monitor audits, safety, guest feedback, and departmental targets while maintaining the brand's values and a positive, family-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a team to achieve targets.
• Experience in guest-facing roles with focus on service quality.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on operational lead, coaching staff and ensuring key tasks are completed.
• Drive add-on sales, promotions and upselling aligned to department targets.
• Manage audits in accommodation and other areas, with corrective action.
• Monitor guest feedback, NPS results and act on insights to improve experience.
• Build strong relationships across the resort and central teams.
• Lead on health, safety and compliance in pool and leisure areas.
