You’ll own audits, drive guest experience scores, and develop people through onboarding, PDPs, and ongoing coaching. A hands-on leader with a commercial mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coaching performance.
• Comfortable handling audits and observations.
• Strong guest-facing communication.
• Commercial mindset with upselling or promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front — keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time.
• Coaching the team to hit key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores.
• Owning CAFF audits in accommodation, and relevant audits in whichever department you’re supporting.
• Making sure guests always find what they need, when they need it.
• Keeping an eye on NPS and guest feedback, and turning it into real action.
