Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Supervisor Plus to lead a multi-area resort operation, including accommodation, Splash pool, Sports & Activities, Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants. You will be the on‑the‑ground, hands‑on driver of standards, guest experience, and team performance.

You will coach teams, drive add-on sales and promotions, and ensure audits and health & safety compliance are embedded in daily routines. Flexibility across departments and shift patterns is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering customer-focused service.
• Experience driving audits, safety checks and brand standards.
• Ability to coach, develop and appraise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring teams work effectively on key tasks.
• Coach and develop the team to meet department plans and targets.
• Lead guest experience initiatives and respond to feedback, including NPS actions.
• Oversee audits (CAFF, safety, compliance) and ensure communication flows from managers to teams.
