Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Strong focus on guest experience metrics and feedback actioning.
• Commercial mindset with upselling or promotional initiative ability.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, keep the team focused and in the right place.
• Coach the team to hit targets including add-on sales and guest experience scores.
• Own audits in accommodation and related departments.
• Ensure guests find what they need and maintain high standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and translate it into practical improvements.
• Connect Manager plans to team delivery with clear, consistent leadership.
• Build relationships across resort, other sites, and central support.
