Haven is seeking a Grounds & Siting Manager to lead a dynamic facilities team and drive exceptional grounds maintenance and caravan siting activity. You’ll manage budgets, resources, and safety while delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards across the park.

You will provide coaching, performance reviews, and hands-on leadership to ensure targets are met, development is supported, and operations run smoothly.

• Proven leadership experience in grounds/facilities management.
