Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking a Grounds & Siting Manager to lead the facilities team and elevate our guest environments. You will drive grounds maintenance, caravan siting activity, and safety compliance while directing budgets and resources to run operations smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and developing your team through training and clear feedback. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Head Groundsman, Garden & Grounds Manager, or similar leadership in facilities/maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
