Job summary

Haven is seeking a proactive Grounds & Siting Manager to lead our facilities team and enhance the guest experience across our parks. You’ll oversee grounds maintenance and caravan siting, drive performance, and mentor staff to uphold high standards.

In this hands-on, full-time role you’ll manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and compliance, resolve issues quickly, and push continuous improvement through teamwork and training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in grounds, gardens, or facilities management.
• Strong team mentoring, coaching, and performance review skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance and caravan siting.
• Enhance guest experience by addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to keep day-to-day operations smooth.
• Support training and development to enable team growth and career progression.
