Job summary

Haven is seeking a proactive Grounds & Siting Manager to lead a busy facilities team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while maintaining top-notch grounds and caravan siting operations.

You will manage budgets, safety compliance, and day-to-day activities, while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and a commitment to high standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in facilities, grounds, or maintenance.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver high service levels and meet targets.
• Guest Experience: maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address guest concerns promptly.
• Performance Management: monitor and review individual and team performance; provide coaching.
• Resource Management: oversee scheduling, budgets, and allocated resources for efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure operations comply with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Problem Solving: resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Training and Development: support ongoing staff development and provide mentoring.
