Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to build a successful career in sales? We're looking for a Lead Generator to join a growing finance business, helping to identify and engage prospective clients whilst creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Generate high-quality leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and business challenges.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.
• Accurately record activity and manage prospect information within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and lead generation targets.
