A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Outbound B2B Lead Generator in the United Kingdom. The role offers a base salary between £28,000 to £35,000 with on-target earnings of up to £60,000 in the first year through an unrivaled commission structure. Responsibilities

As an outbound B2B Lead Generator you will be driven, hungry and money motivated. You will be responsible for winning new business and maximising every opportunity.

In return for your hard work, you will rewarded with a generous base salary as well as a generous commission structure with on target earnings of up to £60,000.00 in year one.

• Basic Salary £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 (dependant on experience).

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in an outbound sales role.
• Energy experience would be preferred but is not essential.
• Ability to manage your own workload/pipeline.
• Confident educating customers on the market.
• Self-motivated and a passion for success.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities through effective questioning, Fact finding and objection handling.
