Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is looking for an experienced Outbound B2B Lead Generator to join a growing sales team. The position offers a basic salary of £28,000 to £35,000 with uncapped commission, allowing for on-target earnings of up to £60,000 in the first year. Successful candidates will have at least 12 months of outbound sales experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service. Additional incentives include generous holidays and gym memberships.

As an outbound B2B Lead Generator you will be driven, hungry and money motivated. You will be responsible for winning new business and maximising every opportunity.

In return for your hard work, you will rewarded with a generous base salary as well as a generous commission structure with on target earnings of up to £60,000.00 in year one.

• Basic Salary £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 (dependant on experience).

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in an outbound sales role.
• Energy experience would be preferred but is not essential.
• Ability to manage your own workload/pipeline.
• Confident educating customers on the market.
• Self-motivated and a passion for success.

• Ability to identify sales opportunities through effective questioning, Fact finding and objection handling.
