Flourish in Chester is seeking a proactive Lead Generator to identify and engage potential clients for our growing finance business. You will warm prospects, create opportunities for the wider sales team, and build a robust pipeline with outbound calls and emails.

With a £27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, you’ll receive full training, clear progression into senior sales roles, and a supportive team culture in a dynamic office environment.
