Your Recruitment Coach Ltd is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join the Peterborough sales team. You will identify and research potential businesses, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the sales group with outbound outreach.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with prospects, highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable using CRM and lead-generation tools to drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and information-gathering abilities.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Confidence with email, LinkedIn, CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.
• Generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email, phone, and online research.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and databases.
• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce products/services.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Arrange appointments, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track activities.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor lead-generation activity and report KPIs.
• Research target industries and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Test and improve lead-generation approaches to increase conversion.
