Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a confident Pipeline Development Executive (Lead Generator) in the UK to join the Marketing team. You will identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into booked appointments, supporting the sales team with well-qualified leads.

The role requires strong communication, telesales ability, and a drive to understand customer needs, timelines, and buying triggers while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to build pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead generation, customer service or marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to multi-task and apply structured selling methods.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
• Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies including inbound/outbound campaigns and provides timely communications
• Communicate the DeterTech value proposition and provide weekly activity reports to management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within a team environment and independently
• Achieve sales lead generator and appointment quotas
