Responsabilidades

• Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.

• Arrange appointments, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team.

About the Role

Our client are looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join their growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and researching potential businesses generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with prospective customers, highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable using CRM and lead-generation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.
• Generate new business leads through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, email, telephone, online research, and industry databases.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and databases.
• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our products/services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Arrange appointments, demonstrations, or discovery calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor lead-generation activity and report on key performance indicators.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify new opportunities.
• Continuously test and improve lead-generation approaches to increase conversion rates
• Confident and professional when communicating with potential customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with new prospects.
