Get Recruited is recruiting a Lead Generation Executive in Wakefield to own outbound lead generation, identify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team. The role leverages a strong bank of UK/EU opportunities and a growing product range.

You will work with an established sales team, using CRM tools to track activity, and you’ll have the chance to influence campaigns and market expansion into new regions.

Qualifications

• Confidence making outbound calls and starting new conversations.
• A positive, resilient and motivated approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to qualify prospects and book meetings.
• Good organisation and follow-up skills.
• A commercially minded and target-driven attitude.
• The confidence to suggest new ideas and take ownership.
• Salesforce or CRM experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of outbound Lead Generation activity.
• Contacting prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Following up website traffic, enquiries and potential customer data.
• Introducing new product ranges to distributors and end users.
• Sending brochures, product information and marketing materials.
• Identifying decision-makers and uncovering commercial opportunities.
• Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development and field sales team.
• Recording all Lead Generation activity accurately using Salesforce.
• Supporting product launches and new routes to market.
• Attending occasional customer visits and industry events.
• Contributing ideas for digital campaigns, demonstrations and social media.
• Helping the company expand into new industries, regions and European markets.
