Job Title: Lead Generation – Senior Account Executive

Our client – a well-established name in the packaging industry – is looking for a Senior Account Executive (SAE) focused on lead generation to become a key part of their growing commercial team. If you’re passionate about making connections, opening doors, and being the spark behind business growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be the engine behind the sales pipeline. Your job? Identify and engage senior decision-makers at exciting new businesses, build genuine relationships, and book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team. Think of yourself as the first step in turning interest into opportunity.

You’ll:

  • Develop creative outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
  • Research and qualify leads, targeting businesses that will benefit from our client’s innovative packaging solutions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, open conversations, and warm up prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers and National Account Managers to tee up impactful meetings.
  • Make full use of CRM systems and marketing assets to support your outreach.
  • Use B2B social engagement tools and platforms (think LinkedIn, email, etc.) to build relationships.
Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll work closely with the wider sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, as well as directly supporting the senior commercial leads. You won’t be on an island – this is a team sport.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Are a confident communicator – you know how to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Are self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Know your way around CRM systems and outreach tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Bonus points if you also have:
