Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes. You will play a crucial role in developing an AI-enabled service for government projects. Responsibilities include creating responsive UIs and server-side logic, as well as managing databases and CI/CD pipelines. Essential skills include expertise in Java and React, API design, and experience with PostgreSQL. This position offers a competitive rate and is outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering complex full-stack applications.
• Commercial expertise in Java plus at least one other back-end language (ideally Python).
• Solid experience with React and modern front-end tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Develop using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Design and develop APIs and services.
• Build server-side logic using Java (Spring Boot).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
