Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Proven background in residential projects, high-end apartments preferred.
• Strong understanding of shell & core and luxury fit-out electrical packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site electrical trades, including electricians and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical works.
• Enforce all health & safety requirements: RAMS, PPE, safe working systems.
