Standby allowance of approx £290 per week

Qualifications

• Must hold an Electrical certification such as the 18th Edition.
• Possess full electrical City & Guilds qualifications - including 2382 and 2391 Testing & Inspection.
• Demonstrated experience in planned maintenance of both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in fault finding and diagnosis, with the ability to advise others across various systems.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly to customers.
• Confident in analysing and resolving complex electrical system challenges.
• Ideally trained and certified in IPAF and MEWP and comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance of electrical systems across various commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults and provide expert advice to customers.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, including replacing taps and sinks.
• Apply technical knowledge to deliver high-quality work meeting targets.
• Provide clear technical guidance to colleagues and customers.
• Manage the delivery of planned and corrective maintenance.
• Liaise daily with customer representatives.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
