The Type of Technician We\'re Looking For

We\'re searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Current HVAC EPA Universal license

Experience with ServiceTitan, leadership or management skills, gas and oil licenses, strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities, as well as ductwork experience are .

What It\'s Like to Be Our Lead Commercial HVAC Installer

This is a full-time position with hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. You\'ll be dispatched daily directly from your home to the job site. On-call duties may be required, depending on project needs.

As our Lead Commercial HVAC Installer, you\'ll oversee the installation of HVAC systems at job sites, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. From interpreting blueprints to supervising your team, you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-quality systems that meet our clients\' expectations.
