Qualifications

  • Significant experience in hospital pharmacy, including mental health.
  • Experience working with community mental health teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a clinical pharmacy service to Bassetlaw LMHT.
  • Support pharmacy team with duties and provide professional guidance.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and drug history taking.
