Job Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy Department at The London Clinic in Central London (W1G 7L). Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest private hospitals, with state‑of‑the‑art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approximately 1,300 employees across 8 sites, covering a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and delivery of high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across The London Clinic. This role supports the Deputy Chief Pharmacist – Clinical & Operations and works with the other Lead Clinical Pharmacist and plays a key part in shaping medicines management, promoting safe and cost‑effective prescribing, and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care for patients. Successful candidates will be conscientious, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating competence as an autonomous practitioner across all shift patterns required for service delivery.
