Are you a visionary leader passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of continuous business improvement? We are seeking an exceptional Lead Business Change Manager to join our Change Management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive business change initiatives across the organisation, manage a team of dedicated change managers, and ensure the realisation of benefits from our strategic projects. As the Lead Business Change Manager, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of business change managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with our organisational goals, ensuring that change initiatives are integrated with business strategies and priorities. Additionally, you will create and execute effective communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging to all stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness of change management strategies and adapt them as needed to maximise impact. You will identify and mitigate risks related to the adoption and embedding of changes delivered through projects. Furthermore, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and ensure benefits realisation. You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, advocating for continuous improvement within the business change function. Providing training and support to employees and managers on change management practices and methodologies will be essential. Acting as a key decision-maker within Business Improvement, you will collaborate with stakeholders to agree on the best delivery options, resolve issues, and manage risks, deputising for the Head of Change Management when required.

  • Proven experience in change management, including managing teams and leading strategic change initiatives.
  • Experienced leader and line manager with strong resource management skills and an ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Lewin's Change Management Model, or Kotter's Change Model.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and improving business solutions, processes and the consistent adoption of tools and ways of working
  • Ability to plan proactively, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Professional qualifications e.g. Programme Management, APMP, Prince2, Change Management, Agile, Additionally, we provide a generous flexible benefits package, an excellent defined contribution pension scheme and an additional 3% of annual basic salary upon successful completion of probation.
