Rexel Lancaster Branch is seeking a Lead Branch Manager to guide daily operations, coach the team, and drive growth across the branch. You will focus on customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance, reporting to the Area Branch Manager and supporting regional activities.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to sales, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging customers and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and train teams effectively.
• Excellent customer service orientation with focus on long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the branch team and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor key metrics and drive improvements to profitability.
• Coordinate with supply chain and finance, and prepare performance reports.
• Cover for Area Branch Manager as required.
