Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Lead Branch Manager to drive branch performance, coach a dynamic team and ensure daily operations run smoothly across the region. You’ll monitor key metrics, manage customer accounts and pricing, and escalate issues to protect profitability while upholding health and safety standards.

Reporting to the Area Branch Manager, you’ll lead promotional activity, collaborate with supply chain and finance, identify training needs, and prepare regular performance reports to support

• Support branch performance by coaching and motivating the team and overseeing day-to-day operations.

• Manage customer accounts, pricing and terms to protect profitability; resolve operational or customer issues.
• Identify training needs; support promotional activity; collaborate with supply chain and finance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and step in for the Area Branch Manager as required.
